Site opens for merchants.
Site opens for populace.
Traveler's Fare is served until gone or 11pm.
Gate and Registration close for the night.

Saturday, October 8, 2011

Gate and Registration open.
Breakfast is served until 9am.
Armor and weapons inspections for all lysts begin.
Regional Art/Sci competitors may begin setting up their entries in right side of feast hall.
Heavy weapons lyst begins.
Archery opens.
Youth activities begin.
Mistress Gwenna begins class on weaving and a textile tea in left side of feast hall.
Light weapons lyst begins.
Polling for the new Baron and Baroness of An Crosaire begins in left side of feast hall front part of hall.
Regional Art/Sci competition begins in feast hall.
Youth lyst begins.
Lunch is served until 1pm.
Bardic competition begins.
Gate and Registration close for event. All fees must be paid by this time.
Polling for the new Baron and Baroness of An Crosaire closes.
Regional Art/Sci competition ends.
Archery closes.
Youth activities end.
Court.
Feast set-up for populace.
Feast.
Dancing led by Lady Ever.

Site closes. All non-event staff must be off site by this time.

The schedule is subject to change.
Please ensure all registration fees are paid by 2 pm Saturday.
Please ensure you leave the areas you use as clean or cleaner than you found them.
If you are a paid member of the SCA and reside within the An Crosaire baronial territory, please take the time to make your desires for the next Baron and Baroness known. Polling is open from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm in the feast hall. Please make time to cast your ballot.
